I had an really good stay with a spacious room that was beautifully maintained. The bed was super comfy! The reception staff were warm and professional. Breakfast was a highlight. The selection was one of the best I've seen in any place. Highly recommend it! 😊

This hotel has a fantastic location right on the motorway, making it super easy to find. The spacious Standard Double Room offered excellent comfort, with a clean atmosphere that felt welcoming. The gym on the second floor is well equipped, perfect for workout enthusiasts. I appreciated the attentive and helpful staff. they greeted us warmly upon arrival and assisted with our requests promptly. However, I noticed that the restaurant had some issues—smoking is allowed in the dining area, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the food quality wasn't outstanding, but it sufficed for an overnight stay. Would have liked more variety in breakfast options, even though it was decent. The spa was a highlight, providing great relaxation after a long day of travel. Still, I found it frustrating that some spa services were claimed to be closed during our visit.

The bathroom cleanliness was not up to par with black streaks in the toilet!!! Also, there was no ramp access for lugging bags up two flights of stairs, which was quite inconvenient!!!

staying at nais was fantastic! the location is perfect, just off the highway and close to the city center. everything was extremely clean and comfortable. the spa offered a phenomenal experience after a long drive, and the outdoor swimming pool was a wonderful bonus.
